Individual, hypnotherapy sessions generally last an hour and are $75 a session. Clients interested in a session will be sent a packet of information about hypnosis and a client information intake form to fill out and return prior to their appointment.  Students who have taken a Reiki One Class with me are eligible for a $10 discount ($65 per session).

Hypnotherapy for Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss are generally contracted for a minimum of two sessions as in addition to hypnosis clients will  gain information on ways to succeed in their goals. There are also Package Offers for more sessions and discounted rates.  Information is available on request.

Past Life Regression Sessions are conducted utilizing an induction that will enable the client to remember safe, comfortable memories/lives.

Meeting Your Spirit Guides and Angelic Guides is usually offered in a combination  2 hour workshop and group hypnosis.  A private session may be scheduled to just have the hypnosis process.

Stress Management hypnotherapy sessions are designed to help the person use guided imagery to relieve daily stress.

Conquering Fears will be discussed on an individual basis with the client prior to appointment.
