Getting In Touch With Your Inner Kermit

All my students and clients know that I am a big believer in Music and Humor  Therapy. Click on the link this month and I guarantee you will get a smile on your face. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2AHpWxBGbc&feature=related

When I teach Holistic Health  for college classes or my Manifesting  Workshops in my private practice, I will always use this song when I talk about the effects music can have on us.  It is inevitable that folks will start to grin if not laugh when they hear this song.  I believe whatever a person can do to relax and bring joy into their lives they should do. The more tools we have for our tool box the better.  The more techniques that we know to help  us relax and bring us joy in our lives the better. Kermit just happens to be a quick fix that I thought I would share with you this month.  If you find you are having one of those down days just click on the link and it will help. It isn't a formal system of relaxation of course.  Learning to meditate or Reiki, exercising, spending time in nature, eating right, are all things we can do every day that will make us feel better.  But sometimes all we need to do is just take a moment and laugh or dance in our kitchen.  Be spontaneous and go for the joy in life.

When I speak to my clients about weight loss or manifesting any goals I am always stressing the importance of finding joy and happiness in life.   Carpe Diem - Seize the Day!  When we are feeling good, our vibrational level changes.   This creates physiological, emotional and energetic changes.  Things manifests easier in our lives.  It is important to find that joy in your life every day.   That above all else will help you with any goals you pursue.  It will help your business, your personal life, and it will help your physical health.  When we have loss and grief in our lives it is hard to feel that joy and happiness of course.  We do need to process our feelings for grief and not suppress them.  However, as we work through our pain, we can hold on to things that bring us love and comfort and slowly but surely we will start to smile and the joy returns.

What is the most important thing you need to know?  Find your joy and experience it every day.
